The fold change is calculated as portion of TF found to be circadian, divided by portion of total genes found circadian. A fold of 1 is expected if TF is evenly distributed in circadian genes vs the whole genome.
How many times is TF "x" found circadian throughout all datasets and conditions. Minimum hits is 3 for a TF to be shown on graph.
Inclusive indicates that genes found circadian in BOTH condition are counted in both CONTROL and EXPERIMENTAL conditions.
Coverage is defined as number of TF targets who match the TF's circadian profile, divided by the total number of circadian genes in the corresponding condition.
1013F Coverage
Coverage tries to mearsure the influence of a particular TF by estimating how many of the circadian genes a TF "controls" in a circadian manner.
A Coverage of 10% means the TF can be seen directly controlling 10% of the circadian genes, whose circadian profile match that of the TF's.
1013F TF Coverage
A TF Coverage is a different metric that calculates how many of the TF's total targets (regardless of circadian behavior) match the TF's circadian profile. It tries to calculate the percent of TF targets that are "activated" in a circadian way under the conditon (the TF is always circadian).
